The Assurance Emergency Lighting BAL650C-4ACTD is a fluorescent emergency ballast for use with a standard 4-pin compact fluorescent fixture for emergency operation.

Keep fluorescent lights functional in the event of a power failure with this backup ballast by Assurance Emergency Lighting. This fluorescent emergency ballast operates most (1) 10W-42W twin-, triple-, or quad-tube 4-pin compact fluorescent lamp; (1) 18W-36W long compact fluorescent; or (2) 10W-18W twin-, triple-, or quad-tube 4-pin compact fluorescent lamps.

With 3.5 Watts of input power, this fluorescent ballast provides up to 750 Lumens of illumination for a minimum of 90 minutes in the emergency mode. It features a high-temperature, maintenance-free nickel-cadmium battery, charger, and electronic circuit enclosed in a 9.5” x 2.375” x 1.5” steel case for installation on top of the fixture. Its flex conduit simplifies installation. Plus, with the included LED indicator light and test switch, you can easily check the ballast's functionality.

The BAL650C-4ACTD is UL Listed and meets or exceeds all NEC and Life Safety Code Emergency Lighting requirements, and is rated for use in damp locations.
