YES, Electronic Toolbox does ship internationally
Q)Do you ship internationally? A) We to ship to hundreds of countries worldwide. If UPS, US Post Office or FedEx delivers to your country, we will usually ship to it. If you live in Canada, we highly recommend the use of the US Postal Office.
Q)How do I determine shipping rates? A)Our online shopping cart will calculate all freight costs for you. There is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction; so feel free to add things to your shopping cart. If you would like to place a large order, please e-mail us at etbinc@comcast.net and ask us to quote the shipping. We highly recomend using "Bongo", who is a freight forwarder for Electronic Toolbox. (See details below). YOur order will ship to domestic US address and Bongo will take care of the rest for you once you have set up an account with them. They offer very competitive International shipping rates, and when using Bongo, any order you place over $100.00 will ship free to Bongo, only shipping fees for International delivery will be applied.
Q)How long will it take to deliver? A) It depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order. For Europe, it can take as little as 3 days and as long as one to two months depending on the method of shipping selected. We highly recomend using "Bongo", who is a freight forwarder for Electronic Toolbox. (See details below)
Q)Can I get a tracking number for my shipment? A)We strongly suggest you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, there is a greater risk of an order getting lost. If using the US Postal Servide, once your order leaves the United States we have no way to track your package.
Q)What payments does Electronictoolbox.com accept for International orders? A)We accept Paypal, major credit cards (in some cases) and Bank wire Trasfers.
If you live in a low risk country, are placing a small order and we are shipping to the address listed on your credit card then we will usually just charge your credit card. In many other cases, we require payment in advance via wire transfer, or Paypal. Please feel free to place your order. If we require a wire transfer, we'll contact you immediately. If you live in a high risk country, the easiest and cheapest payment method is Paypal.
Q)Will I still have to pay duties on my package? A)Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you.
Q) When picking a shipping method for APO or FPO address, which country do I select? A)Always select the United States as the country of destination so the proper shipping options are presented.
