A: No and Yes. The free shipping offer for orders over $100.00 only applies to orders shipped via UPS or FedEx ground services to a location in the continental USA. If we can ship your order via UPS or FedEx inside the USA we can apply the free shipping offer. If the order has to ship via the US Postal Service then the appropriate shipping charges will be applied to your order.
