Damage and returns policy:
All returns require a return authorization number before returns are made.Any returns received without a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.
All returns are subject to inspection for receipt in good condition. Customer is responsible for any damage that occurs on returns. Credits will not be issued for lost or damaged items.
All items in sealed packages must be returned in sealed, un-opened package. Credits for returns of opened sealed packages will not be issued.
What is Electronic Toolbox's Return Policy?
NO returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of original invoice. Some items that are special order may be non-returnable. Items that are non-returnable or special order will be marked as such on our web site. Returned items must be returned with origianl factory box and packaging.
Is shipping refundable on returns?
Shipping is NOT refundable on returns and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning item(s) back to Electronic Toolbox Inc.
Is there a re-stocking fee for returns?
All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Electronic Toolbox. Items returned for exchange for another item or items of equal value within (10) days from the date of purchase are NOT subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What if I want to make a return after (10) days of the original invoice date?
Returns made after (10) days of invoice date will be at the discretion of Electronic Toolbox Inc. These returns will be for purposes of exchange for an equal or greater value item(s) or an in house credit to be issued for future purchases with Electronic Toolbox Inc. Shipping charges are not part of any credit issued for returns. We will NOT issue a credit to your credit card account, issue cash or check refunds for returns received after (10) days from the date of the original invoice.
What is your return policy if I received a damaged shipment?
All damage claims must be reported to Electronic Toolbox within seven (7) days from the date of invoice by calling 800-507-6789. NO claims will be honored after seven (7) days. All returns must be authorized by Electronic Toolbox Inc. Call 800-507-6789 immediately if you have a damage shipment and DO NOT discard any packaging or boxes used to ship the order to you. At the full discretion of the carrier used to deliver your order, a damage inspection may be required by that carrier. Electronic Tool Box will NOT be responsible for any damage claims denied by the carrier if the box or packaging used to ship your order has been discarded.
What is you policy for defective items?
We of course wish all of our customers to be satisified with their purchase. If you have received and item that does not work properly or is defective out of the box Electronic ToolBox will either refund your purchase or replace the item at no cost to you. The choice is yours. If you decide to return the item for refund, it must be returned in the original factory packaging. We will be happy to reund your purchase once the item has been received back in good condition in the original factory packaging. You must contact our customer service department at 412-831-0485 to receive a authorization number for the return as well.
