How does the limited lifetime warranty work on your tools and test equipment?
All of our tools are warranted against factory defects. The lifetime warranty dose not warrant tools broken to abuse or loss. Shipping for return for replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our test equipment is covered by a limited one year warranty against factory defects only. The warranty does not cover damage to to incorrect use, abuse or loss. Shipping for return for replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Does Electronic Toolbox accept credit card payments for international orders?
No we do not. If you are placing an order outside the USA or Canada, you will need to remit your payment via PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer. If you wish to send your payment via bank wire transfer you will need to contact us for the banking details at 412-831-0485 or e-mail us at etbinc@comcast.net.
How can I make a payment for an order shipping outside the USA?
We do NOT accept credits cards for orders outside of the USA. Payments for orders outside the USA can be made either via PayPal or bank wire transfer.

Does Electronic Toolbox accept school purchase orders?
Yes we do. If you are using a purchase order from a school or college you can mail to: 6101 Boxer Drive, Bethel park, Pa. 15102-3213 or Fax to 412-833-8916.
How can I use the online store to order with a purchase order?
You can use the checkout in our online store to place your order with a purchase order. Proceed through the checkout process and when you arrive at the screen to enter credit card information, simply print the page and mail or fax us the order with your purchase order. Purchase orders are accepted from Schools or Colleges or established open accounts only.
Does Electronic ToolBox accept checks or money orders?
Yes we do accept checks with your order. Orders paid by check will be delayed (7) days for check to clear. Orders prepaid by money order will be shipped upon receipt of money order.
I have received a damaged shipment, what do I do now?
All damage claims must be reported to Electronic Toolbox within (7) days from the date of the invoice. If you have received a damaged shipment DO NOT discard the box or any packaging. Call us immediately at 800-507-6789 to report your damaged shipment, Electronic Toolbox will file all damage claims with the appropriate carrier.
I need to return an item, how do I do that?
Returns must be authorized. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused by our receiving department at the shippers expense. Call our customer service department at 800-507-6789 for more information in regards to your return.
